FeetFans — Terms and Miscellaneous Policies
Last updated: June 21, 2026 · Version: 1.0
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing, registering with, or using the FeetFans platform (the “Platform,” “Service,” or “Application”), operated by Pegasus Education Ltda, CNPJ 65.519.310/0001-62, with its registered office at Rua Bom Jesus, 212, Sala 1904, Andar 19, Cond AR 3000 - Cabral Cor, Bairro Juvevê, Curitiba - PR, CEP 80.035-010, Brazil (“FeetFans,” “we,” or “us”), you (the “User” or “you”) declare that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy incorporated into this document.
If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated versions.
2. About FeetFans
FeetFans is a private digital platform that operates as a directory of foot-content creators (“Creators” or “Sellers”) and users interested in that type of content (“Buyers”), facilitating solely the connection between these parties and direct communication between them through its own messaging system.
FeetFans does not intermediate financial transactions between Creators and Buyers, does not host content purchase-and-sale transactions, and does not act as a transactional marketplace. Any and all content sales occur outside the Platform, through channels freely chosen by the parties (see Section 7).
The nature of the service is that of an internet application provider that connects parties of legal age and offers a communication tool, without participating in the commercial relationships between them.
3. Age Requirement and User Responsibility
3.1. Minimum age
The Platform is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 (eighteen) or older, or older than the age of majority applicable in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
Access to, registration with, or use of the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
3.2. Declaration of legal age
Upon registering and confirming the corresponding checkbox, the User declares, under penalty of law, that they are over 18 years of age and fully capable of performing civil acts. This declaration is renewed at each access and reinforced by a contextual checkbox before sensitive interactions (such as sending the first message).
3.3. Sole responsibility for the declaration
The User is the sole and exclusive party responsible for the truthfulness of the age declaration. Confirmation of legal age via checkbox, combined with the other verification measures adopted by FeetFans (Section 5), constitutes a reasonable method proportionate to the service provided, transferring full responsibility to the User in the event of a false declaration.
Providing false information about age constitutes:
- In Brazil: a crime under the Penal Code and a violation of articles 240 and 241-A of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA), where applicable;
- In the U.S.: a federal violation under 18 U.S.C. § 1028 (identity fraud) and other state legislation;
- In other countries: as per applicable local law.
3.4. Minors
It is absolutely prohibited for persons under 18 to:
- Register with the Platform under any pretext;
- Access, view, or interact with any part of the Platform beyond the public landing page;
- Allow third parties to use their adult credentials for access by minors.
FeetFans does not consent to and expressly prohibits:
- The registration of minors as Buyers or Creators;
- The inclusion of minors in any content published or transacted through the Platform;
- Any sexually motivated communication between adults and minors facilitated by the Platform.
Any report or suspicion involving a minor will be promptly investigated, will result in immediate banning, and may be reported to the competent authorities (Federal Police, NCMEC, Internet Watch Foundation, as per jurisdiction), with the provision of all available data upon a court order or institutional cooperation.
3.5. Parents and guardians
Parents, legal guardians, and custodians are encouraged to use parental control tools, content filters (such as Google Family Link, Apple Screen Time, Microsoft Family Safety), and active supervision to prevent minors from accessing this and other adult-oriented services. FeetFans does not replace parental responsibility.
4. Registration and Account Types
4.1. User categories
The Platform operates with three account categories:
a) Creator Student (of the FeetFans course):
- Free lifetime access to the Platform;
- Registration via a private link provided in the course members' area;
- Exemption from the subscription payment step;
- All other obligations (KYC, ToS) identical to those of non-student Creators.
b) Non-student Creator:
- Registration via the public landing page;
- Monthly subscription of USD $9.00 (nine U.S. dollars) to keep the profile active on the Platform;
- Subject to the same identity verification (KYC) as other Creators.
c) Buyer:
- Free registration;
- Access to the Creator feed at no cost;
- To send messages to Creators: a monthly subscription of USD $2.00 (two U.S. dollars);
- Email verification and confirmation of legal age via checkbox.
4.2. Registration information
The User undertakes to provide truthful and up-to-date information at registration. FeetFans may, at its discretion, request additional verification or refuse/terminate registrations that present suspicious, inconsistent, or fraudulent information.
4.3. One account per person
Each individual may maintain only one active account per category (one as a Creator and/or one as a Buyer). Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, rate limits, or other restrictions constitutes a violation of these Terms and results in banning without the right to a refund.
4.4. Confidentiality of credentials
The User is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activities carried out under their account. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify FeetFans at pegasus@pegasuseducation.com.br.
5. Identity Verification (KYC) and Security Measures
FeetFans adopts reasonable and proportionate measures to verify the identity and age of its users, according to the account type:
5.1. For Creators (robust verification)
Every Creator, before having their profile published in the feed and enabled to send and receive messages, undergoes an identity verification process (“KYC”) that includes:
- a) Official photo ID: capture of an image of a valid official identity document (identity card, driver's license, passport, or foreign equivalent);
- b) Selfie with liveness check: capture of a real-time facial image to confirm that this is a real and present person;
- c) Face match: biometric cross-check between the selfie and the document photo;
- d) Document authenticity verification: analysis of security elements, holograms, and patterns to detect document fraud;
- e) Legal age validation: extraction of the date of birth from the document and automatic blocking of any registration by a person under 18.
Verification may be carried out by a specialized third-party provider (Stripe Identity, Persona, Didit, or similar), in compliance with applicable data protection rules.
5.2. For Buyers (proportionate verification)
The Buyer undergoes verification proportionate to their level of access:
- a) Email verification at registration;
- b) Confirmation of legal age via checkbox at registration and a contextual checkbox before sending the first message;
- c) Implicit identity verification via the payment processor at the time the Buyer subscribes to the messaging plan — the processor (Stripe or equivalent) performs its own identity and payment-method validation, functioning as an additional layer confirming that this is an identifiable adult.
5.3. Handling discrepancies
In the event of a discrepancy between the age or identity declared at registration and the data verified during KYC, FeetFans adopts a reject-then-investigate protocol: the registration is rejected (not immediately banned), and the Creator is invited to resubmit correct documentation or clarify the discrepancy. Permanent banning is reserved for cases of confirmed fraud, document forgery, or demonstrably malicious conduct.
5.4. Retention of verification data
KYC data is retained for the legally required period and only as long as strictly necessary, with reinforced security treatment (encryption, restricted access), as described in the Privacy Policy (Section 20).
5.5. Limitations of KYC
No verification system is infallible. FeetFans adopts reasonable and proportionate measures but does not guarantee the perfect identification or authentication of all users, transferring to the User the responsibility for the truthfulness of the information provided.
6. Platform Content and User Conduct
6.1. Nature of permitted content
The Platform is intended for profiles and content involving feet and related content of an adult nature, produced by Creators of legal age who hold the rights to their own content and image.
6.2. Prohibited content and conduct
It is strictly prohibited to publish, send, request, or facilitate:
- a) Any content involving minors, whether real or simulated (CSAM);
- b) Non-consensual content, “revenge porn,” or distribution of intimate images without consent;
- c) Content involving real violence, bestiality, or illegal acts;
- d) Third-party content without authorization (violation of copyright or image rights);
- e) Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any activity involving solicitation;
- f) Spam, harassment, threats, hate speech, or stalking;
- g) Solicitation of in-person meetings for the purpose of prostitution, or any activity illegal in the applicable jurisdiction;
- h) Sensitive personal data of third parties without consent;
- i) Malware, malicious links, or fraud attempts.
6.3. Expected conduct
The User undertakes to act in good faith, respect other users, not circumvent the Platform's security mechanisms, and comply with the laws applicable to their jurisdiction.
6.4. Responsibility for content
Each User is fully and exclusively responsible for the content they publish, send, or request through the Platform. FeetFans acts as an internet application provider, under the terms of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet) and Section 230 (U.S.), and does not perform prior editorial moderation of user content.
FeetFans may, at its discretion and at any time, remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, upon a validated report or internal identification.
6.5. Rights over published content
The Creator retains all copyright and image rights over the content they publish on their profile. By publishing, they grant FeetFans a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and limited license to display, store, and technically process that content within the Platform, solely for the purposes of operating the service (display in the feed, search, thumbnails, etc.).
This license terminates with the removal of the content or deletion of the account, except for mandatory legal retention (Section 17).
7. Transactions Between Users and Platform Disclaimer
7.1. Transactions occur outside the Platform
All commercial transactions between Buyers and Creators are carried out exclusively outside the Platform, through payment links, social networks, external messaging, or other channels that the parties freely define.
FeetFans:
- Does not receive, process, intermediate, hold, or transfer funds between Buyers and Creators;
- Does not charge any commission, fee, percentage, or share over these transactions;
- Is not a party to the commercial transactions, even if it facilitated the initial contact between the parties;
- Does not offer any guarantee of delivery, quality, conformity, authenticity, or satisfaction in relation to content transacted outside the Platform;
- Does not operate an escrow service, commercial dispute mediation, or consumer protection over these transactions.
7.2. Risk assumed by the parties
When carrying out a transaction with another user, both parties:
- a) Fully assume the risk of the operation;
- b) Acknowledge that FeetFans cannot be held liable for breach of contract, fraud, content quality, returns, chargebacks, or any other matter arising from the external transaction;
- c) Must seek to resolve any disputes directly between themselves or through the applicable legal channels, without involving FeetFans as a party.
7.3. Safety recommendations
Users are advised to:
- Use only well-known and reputable payment channels;
- Not share excessive sensitive personal data;
- Keep a record of communications;
- Report suspicious behavior via the Platform's reporting system.
7.4. Taxation
Each Creator is fully and exclusively responsible for declaring and paying taxes on income earned from sales made outside the Platform, in accordance with the tax legislation applicable to their jurisdiction.
8. Messaging and Message Retention
8.1. Messaging system
The Platform offers an internal messaging system in text format only, available between registered users verified in accordance with these Terms.
8.2. Retention and deletion of messages
- a) Messages exchanged between users remain visible in the interface for a period of 10 (ten) days from the time of sending, and are subsequently removed from the user's view;
- b) For security, audit, response to legal requests, and investigation of reports, FeetFans may keep an encrypted backup of messages for up to 90 (ninety) days after sending, accessible only by a restricted authorized team;
- c) After that period, messages are permanently deleted from FeetFans's operational systems, unless there is a contrary judicial or administrative order, or an applicable mandatory legal retention.
8.3. Limits and moderation
- a) Buyers are subject to daily message-sending limits (rate limits), disclosed in the interface, to prevent mass spam and harassment;
- b) Messages may be reported by any receiving User;
- c) FeetFans does not moderate the content of messages in advance but may investigate and take action upon a report or internal identification of a violation.
8.4. Privacy in messages
Messages are private between the parties involved, except:
- In cases of a report, when the moderation team may access the specific conversation for investigation;
- In compliance with a court order or determination by a competent authority;
- In situations of imminent risk to the physical integrity of persons or to the operation of the Platform.
9. Artificial Intelligence Agents
9.1. Existence and purpose of the agents
As part of its product offering, FeetFans uses conversational artificial intelligence agents that simulate the behavior of buyers interested in Creators' content. The purpose of these agents is exclusively educational and training-related: to help Creators, especially newly registered ones, practice conversation, negotiation, and the sale of their content in a safe, risk-free environment.
9.2. Creator consent
By accepting these Terms, the Creator declares that they are aware of and expressly consent to the existence and operation of these AI agents, acknowledging that some of the interactions they receive, especially during the initial period after registration, may originate from automated training agents rather than human buyers.
9.3. Operational limits of the agents
FeetFans's AI agents operate within strict limits. They:
- a) Never complete purchases or make payments — the interaction is simulated, with no transfer of funds;
- b) Never request money, banking data, card data, or other sensitive data from the Creator;
- c) Never request in-person meetings or content outside the Platform's normal parameters;
- d) Operate exclusively in the direction of training Creators — they never impersonate Creators toward Buyers;
- e) Operate for a limited period after the Creator's registration, for the purpose of initial practice.
9.4. Identification and transparency
FeetFans seeks to operate these agents transparently. Regardless of the visual identification in each interaction, the Creator expressly consents to the existence of these agents by accepting these Terms.
9.5. Buyers and agents
Human Buyers do not interact with AI agents, and the agents operate exclusively in the direction described in item 9.2. There is no simulation of Creators through AI.
10. Geographic Restrictions
10.1. Service availability
FeetFans may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions, in whole or in part, due to local regulatory requirements or commercial decisions.
10.2. Currently restricted jurisdictions
By way of example and not limitation, registration as a Buyer may be restricted to residents of the following U.S. states, due to specific state legislation on age verification on adult-content platforms: Texas, Florida, Louisiana, Utah, Mississippi, Virginia, Arkansas, Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Kansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Idaho, Alabama, Nebraska, Georgia, South Carolina, and others that may pass similar legislation.
The current list of restricted jurisdictions is updated periodically and may be consulted on the Platform.
10.3. Circumventing restrictions
The use of a VPN, proxy, Tor, or any other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions constitutes a violation of these Terms, subjecting the User to immediate banning without a refund.
10.4. Jurisdiction declaration
By registering, the User declares that they reside in, and access the Platform from, a jurisdiction where use of the service is legal and permitted.
11. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
11.1. Payment processing
Subscription payments (non-student Creator USD $9/month; Buyer USD $2/month) are processed by a specialized third-party provider (Stripe or equivalent). FeetFans does not directly store credit card data; such data is processed and held exclusively by the payment provider, in compliance with PCI-DSS.
11.2. Recurring billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly, on the anniversary date of registration, automatically, using the same payment method provided. The User may cancel at any time, with effect at the end of the already-paid cycle.
11.3. Refund policy
- a) There is no refund for amounts already paid, except in the cases mandatory by law (e.g., the 7-day right of withdrawal under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, applicable to distance contracting);
- b) In the event of banning for a violation of these Terms, there is no right to a refund of amounts already paid;
- c) Billing disputes must be formalized at pegasus@pegasuseducation.com.br before initiating a card chargeback. Abusive chargebacks constitute a violation of these Terms.
11.4. Taxes
Amounts may be subject to local taxes (IOF, ISS, U.S. state sales tax, etc.), which will be added where applicable.
11.5. Price changes
FeetFans may change subscription amounts upon a minimum of 30 (thirty) days' prior notice, with effect only for future cycles.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. Ownership of the Platform
The “FeetFans” brand, the logo, the visual identity, the source code, the design, the institutional texts, and other elements of the Platform are the exclusive property of FeetFans (or licensed to it), protected by applicable intellectual property law.
12.2. Restricted use
It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape data, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without express written authorization from FeetFans.
12.3. User content
Content published by Creators remains their property, subject to the limited operating license described in Section 6.5.
12.4. Infringement notices (DMCA / copyright)
Complaints regarding the misuse of copyright-protected content must be sent to pegasus@pegasuseducation.com.br, identifying the content, proof of ownership, and the complainant's contact details.
13. Reports, Moderation, and Banning
13.1. Reporting system
Any User may report profiles, content, or messages that violate these Terms, through the tools available on the Platform or by emailing pegasus@pegasuseducation.com.br.
13.2. Investigation and measures
Upon receiving a report, FeetFans may investigate, access the specific conversation or content, and take measures including a warning, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent banning, according to severity.
13.3. Banning for serious violations
Serious violations (involvement of minors, non-consensual content, fraud, threats, exploitation) result in immediate and permanent banning, without the right to a refund, and may be reported to the competent authorities.
13.4. Effective banning
Banning is technically enforced through multiple vectors (email, IP address, device fingerprint, hash of the identity document, hash of the card), and any attempt to recreate an account after banning constitutes a new violation of these Terms.
13.5. Good faith in reporting
Reports must be made in good faith. False, repetitive, or malicious reports may result in the suspension of the reporting account.
14. Suspension and Termination of Account
14.1. By the User
The User may close their account at any time, upon request on the Platform or by emailing pegasus@pegasuseducation.com.br. Cancellation of a subscription takes effect at the end of the already-paid cycle.
14.2. By FeetFans
FeetFans may suspend or terminate an account:
- In the event of a violation of these Terms;
- In the event of default (after 3 failed billing attempts within 7 days);

- By court order or determination by an authority;

14.3. Effects of termination

15.2. Exclusion of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FeetFans is not liable for:
- a) Transactions carried out between users outside the Platform, including any financial loss, fraud, breach of contract, or resulting damage;

- f) Loss of opportunity, lost profits, indirect or consequential damages;
- g) Conduct of users outside the Platform, even if the initial contact occurred through it;
- h) Quality, authenticity, or conformity of content purchased by the Buyer from the Creator in an external transaction.
15.3. Liability cap
In any event, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, FeetFans's total liability to the User is limited to the amounts effectively paid by the User to the Platform in the 12 (twelve) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FeetFans, its partners, directors, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- a) The User's violation of these Terms;

- d) Content published or sent by the User;
- e) Transactions carried out by the User outside the Platform;

17. Cooperation with Authorities

- The user's registration data;
- Access logs (IP logs, timestamps, fingerprint);
- Message history within the retention period (Section 8);
- Payment records (through the payment provider, where applicable);
- Other available and technically accessible data.
Cooperation is a legal duty under the terms of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet), the U.S. Stored Communications Act, and related legislation.
In cases of suspicion or confirmation of:
- Involvement of a minor;
- Human trafficking;
- Sexual exploitation;
- An imminent threat to life or physical integrity;
FeetFans may proactively report to the competent authorities (Federal Police, NCMEC, IWF, FBI, as per jurisdiction), regardless of prior judicial action, in accordance with applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
FeetFans may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified with a minimum of 15 (fifteen) days' notice by email and/or notice on the Platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

19.3. Arbitration (optional, depending on jurisdiction)
[Arbitration clause to be assessed by the attorney, especially for U.S. operations.]
19.4. Amicable resolution
The parties will make efforts to amicably resolve any dispute before resorting to judicial means, by contacting pegasus@pegasuseducation.com.br, for a minimum period of 30 (thirty) days.
20. Privacy Policy

20.12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Material changes to this Policy will be notified with a minimum of 15 (fifteen) days' notice.
21. Age Verification Policy
21.1. Commitment
FeetFans is committed to ensuring that all users are of legal age. Age verification is a central pillar of the Platform's compliance and is applied to all account categories, in proportion to the level of access and risk.
21.2. Creators
No Creator profile is published or enabled for messaging before completing the full KYC flow described in Section 5.1, which includes extraction and validation of the date of birth from an official document, automatically blocking any person under 18. Verification is performed by a specialized professional provider.
21.3. Buyers
Buyers confirm their legal age via checkbox at registration and via a contextual checkbox before sending the first message. When subscribing to the messaging plan, the Buyer undergoes implicit identity validation through the payment processor, which functions as an additional layer confirming an identifiable adult. Buyers residing in jurisdictions with specific age-verification legislation (Section 10) may be geographically blocked.
21.4. Records
FeetFans keeps records of age confirmations (versioned, with timestamp and IP) and of KYC verifications, retained for the period required by applicable law, as a “reasonable due diligence” defense and to support cooperation with authorities.
21.5. Reporting suspected minors
Any suspicion that a user is a minor can be reported at pegasus@pegasuseducation.com.br and will be promptly investigated, resulting in blocking and, where applicable, reporting to the competent authorities.
22. CSAM Policy (Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material)
22.1. Absolute prohibition
FeetFans maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM). It is absolutely prohibited to upload, publish, send, request, store, or distribute any content that depicts, suggests, or sexualizes minors, whether real, simulated, drawn, AI-generated, or in any other form.
22.2. Preventive measures
FeetFans adopts preventive measures including: mandatory age verification of Creators via KYC, prohibition of content involving third parties without verification, the reporting system, and content moderation upon report or internal identification.
22.3. Response to violations
Upon identifying or receiving a credible report of CSAM, FeetFans will: immediately remove the content; permanently ban the accounts involved through multiple technical vectors; preserve the available evidence and data; and report to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Federal Police (Brazil), the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and other applicable bodies, regardless of prior judicial action.
22.4. Cooperation and preservation
FeetFans cooperates fully with investigations into child exploitation and preserves relevant data even beyond the standard retention periods when there is a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority.
22.5. Reporting
Any suspicion of CSAM must be reported immediately at pegasus@pegasuseducation.com.br. Good-faith reports are encouraged and protected.
23. Non-Consensual Content Policy
23.1. Prohibition
It is strictly prohibited to publish, send, request, or distribute intimate, sexual, or private content of any person without that person's free, informed, and express consent. This includes “revenge porn,” hidden recordings, leaked content, deepfakes, and any non-consensual intimate imagery.
23.2. Consent and ownership
Every Creator declares and warrants that they hold the rights to and consent of all persons depicted in the content they publish, and that they are the holder of the image and copyright rights, or have express authorization. FeetFans may request proof of consent at any time.
23.3. Removal and action
Upon receiving a report of non-consensual content, FeetFans will prioritize the investigation, may remove the content immediately as a precaution, and may suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved. Removal does not depend on the prior identification of the author of the violation.
23.4. Victim support
Victims of non-consensual content can request expedited removal at pegasus@pegasuseducation.com.br. FeetFans will treat such requests with priority and confidentiality, and may cooperate with authorities and specialized organizations, in accordance with applicable law (including art. 218-C of the Brazilian Penal Code, regarding the unauthorized disclosure of sexual scenes).
23.5. Hash and prevention
Where technically feasible, FeetFans may use hashing of removed content to prevent its re-upload.
24. Anti-Human-Trafficking Policy
24.1. Commitment
FeetFans expressly repudiates and prohibits any use of the Platform related to human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or any form of coercion or exploitation of persons.
24.2. Preventive measures
The mandatory KYC verification of Creators (identity, liveness, face match, age) is designed to ensure that each Creator is a real, identifiable adult acting of their own free will. The Platform does not intermediate transactions and does not facilitate in-person meetings, reducing exploitation vectors.
24.3. Warning signs
FeetFans trains its moderation team to recognize potential signs of trafficking or coercion (such as third-party control of an account, inconsistencies between the declared identity and behavior, or indications of duress) and to escalate such cases for investigation.
24.4. Response and reporting
In cases of suspected human trafficking or sexual exploitation, FeetFans will suspend the accounts involved, preserve the evidence, and proactively report to the competent authorities (Federal Police, FBI, and specialized bodies, as per jurisdiction), regardless of prior judicial action, in accordance with applicable law (including FOSTA-SESTA, in the U.S. context).
24.5. Reporting
Any suspicion can be reported at pegasus@pegasuseducation.com.br and will be handled with priority and confidentiality.
25. Law Enforcement Request Policy
25.1. Scope
This Policy guides law enforcement and official representatives of government agencies (“Requestor”) who request user account information or content from FeetFans. It does not apply to requests from civil litigants or private parties, which follow their own legal channels.
25.2. Disclosure standard
FeetFans only discloses user information: (a) pursuant to a valid and enforceable legal request (subpoena, court order, search warrant, or equivalent); or (b) in the case of an emergency involving a danger of death or serious physical injury, where FeetFans may hold information necessary to prevent it.
25.3. Requirements for requests
The request must: come from an official channel and a governmental email; identify the requesting authority and the legal basis; specify with reasonable precision the data sought; and, where applicable, present a court order, subpoena, or warrant. Requestors outside Brazil should use a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) or letters rogatory, as applicable.
25.4. Submission channel
Requests should be sent to pegasus@pegasuseducation.com.br. Please allow a reasonable period for analysis and response. Requests from private persons or non-governmental email addresses may not receive a response.
25.5. Data available
Subject to a valid request and technical availability, FeetFans may provide: registration data; access logs (IP, timestamps, fingerprint); message history within the retention period (Section 8); payment records (through the payment provider); and other accessible data.
25.6. Notice to the user
Unless prohibited by law, by a court order, or where there is a clear indication of illegal conduct or risk of harm, it is FeetFans's policy to seek to notify the affected user of a request for their information before disclosure, so that the user has the opportunity to assess and respond to the request through legal means.
25.7. Data preservation
FeetFans may, upon a valid request, preserve specific data for a defined period while a formal legal request is being processed.
25.8. Reservation of rights
Accepting requests through these channels does not waive any legal rights or objections of FeetFans or its users with respect to any specific request.
